My images of fruit and vegetables are celebrations of the beauty of nature rather than "foodie" pictures. In them I invite the viewer to appreciate the lines, colour and texture of some of nature's most beautiful creations. As with my photographs of flowers, they are carefully crafted images in which lighting, background, cropping and a little post production have conspired to make the final piece appear as I envisaged it.
